Order Processing

After you place your order, please allow 4–7 business days for order processing.

During this time, your order is prepared and processed for shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

We currently offer free shipping on eligible orders to the United States and Canada.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to become active and update after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Once an order has been processed for shipment or has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Joy Online Store is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging, when applicable

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local delivery carrier.

International Shipping and Customs
